2009 Annual Meeting Information

Some items of interest on these forms:

RESERVATIONS: Make your hotel reservation directly with the Napa River Inn by calling 707-251-8550, Extension 1, no later than December 3.

RATES: The WRIA room rate is $159 per night, which includes a deluxe room and many amenities (see below). The hotel indicates that the $159 room rate will be honored if you wish to arrive a day or two early, or, extend your stay past the meeting.

AMENITIES: Rooms include daily in-room breakfast, wireless internet access, bottled water, data ports and voice mail, 25" cable television, complimentary newspaper, in-room coffee maker, refrigerator, irons and ironing boards, hair dryers, make-up mirrors, nightly turndown service, and terry cloth bathrobes.
